1. Age Verification (Strict 18+ Requirement)

2. Account Responsibility & Password Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, login passwords, and transaction pins. Immediately after receiving your ID from our WhatsApp support team, you are advised to log into the exchange and change your default password.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be transferred only to the active payment accounts (UPI ID / QR code / Bank Account) provided directly by our verified WhatsApp executives at the time of transaction. Withdrawals will be credited solely to the registered payment method provided by the user. Minimum deposit is ₹100; minimum withdrawal is ₹500.

4. Fair Play & Prohibition of Fraudulent Software

Cheating, syndication abuse, bot usage, latency arbitrage, or attempting to exploit feed latency is strictly prohibited on all partner exchanges (Lotus365, SkyExchange, Laser247, DiamondExch). Accounts found violating exchange security protocols are subject to investigation and suspension by the respective exchange security algorithms.

5. Responsible Gaming Notice
